Nerby sensor with bad data

So there is a sensor near me that reports absurdly high and is throwing off the average my area. Is there anyway to exclude it or take it down. I find to believe this is a correctly functioning sensor.

I guess the answer is there is nothing to do about it? Is there no moderation of data? It’s just irksome that the closet data point to my home is this one and it’s making my phone and google home say the air quality is always bad. I assume if I installed my own sensor I could offset this but seem like an expensive investment for something I’m unsure would resolve this.

You’re not the only one it’s been raining here and there’s one sensor showing 200 plus numbers. Pictured is today’s reading. I’m pretty sure this is an indoor sensor.
