got the sensor connected, but it keeps giving me a “lost connection” message over and over again:
Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. The Utility tool will not show the “monitor” tab information if the sensor is plugged in, selected in the serial port list, and the “connect” button is pressed. Please try disconnecting the device in the serial port selection drop-down list and navigating to the monitor tab afterwards, with the device plugged in, and you should be able to see the data being reported.

Does the utility work for MacOS 12.2.1 and up? Or is the “…MacOS versions proceeding 12.2.1…” line above mean that it doesn’t work after 12.2.1?

Hi @Grant5439, we’ve updated this wording to clarify any confusion:
“The Utility currently doesn’t support flashing firmware or erasing memory on MacOS Monterey or later (12.2.1).”
We are working on a Utility version that will be compatible with later versions. We don’t know when it’ll be available, but we’ll update this article when we’ve released it.
