Neighbors Outdoor wood furnaces

I have 3 neighbors with outdoor wood furnaces 200-300 ft from my house, and have developed medical problems from them, I live in Ramsey Minnesota, I have called 911 5 times, gone to city council meetings and told them about this, called the police and told them of the problems and I keep being told no laws are broken, My purple air monitor means nothing to them and the EPA was the one recommending me to get one, I don’t smoke and now I have to use an inhaler because of long term breathing of wood smoke, I have had other neighbors die and the smoke may be a reason to it, but nobody cares, So the Laws for clean air only apply to a select few. Minnesota pollution control told Ramsey it is recommended that they shut these outdoor wood furnaces down because of medical and legal reasons, but Ramsey supports the Polluters. WOW no wonder everybody hates everyone.
