Thank you for mentioning the troubleshooting steps you performed, and apologies for the interruption. The issues with the Map were caused by an issue from our service provider, which affected not only us but also other services we use. Data was still recording for your sensor, but just not displaying on the Map.
I don’t know if these match exactly what you’re envisioning, and these require a little technical know-how, but two ways available today to view your sensor’s data are:
- Using an embeddable HTML/JS widget for your sensor. To get the HTML, you can go to the Map, click on your sensor, and hover your mouse over the small text saying “Get This Widget”.
- locally on your network if you have some technical knowledge.
