There is a new sensor in my area that has consistently high readings and not consistent with every other nearby sensor. Is there a way to get rid of it or contact the sensor owner to check his setup?

If the sensor is still experiencing this issue, you can report it to contact@purpleair.com. We’ll reach out to the owner and attempt to resolve the issue. Please include the sensor name in the email.
