I just learned that although my Purple Air readings say US-EPA, I have to also do a conversion every time I open Purple Air to look at a sensor and have a correct reading. Is there no way to make “apply conversion” a default?
I think some apps do this automatically, like Paku, though this is all new to me so I’m not sure.
I have this same question but for all of the settings on the Map.
The closest to the AirNow readings I can come is by setting the map to Apply Conversion: USEPA and Averaging Period: 1-Hour
It also defaults to showing Indoor Sensors, something I have no use for when trying to see where smoke from local fires is trending. If someone has both Indoor and Outdoor Sensors at the same location, the Indoor number stacks right on top of the Outdoor number so you can’t read it.
It would be great if we could set our own personal settings then save them.
