Hello, I am working on a project and trying to describe data validation using purple air sensors. What formulas are used to determine the confidence score between the A and B channels. We would like to run our own calculations and compare. How often is the confidence score updated/calculated? I saw the score on the map, does this mean it is updated in real time?

The confidence score is calculated based off of the agreement between the A and B channels in a device. It updates whenever a device outputs a new dataset. If you’re looking at realtime data on the map, the confidence score will update in realtime.
