# Sensor shows up on map, but not through other apps

When I go into Paku or the Air Quality app, my sensor does not show up. However, it shows up when I search the Purple Air map. Help?

Try examining “Why isn’t my sensor showing up?” under [Paku’s FAQ](https://paku.app/faq/index.html). It contains multiple steps that may show your sensor.
