Hello,
We would like to record all data on the SD card (not only the two minutes average)

Is there a way to record the serial output (like with the purple air utility) on the SD card?

Do you know what the config.txt file in the SD cards corresponds to?

Thanks,
Maxime

Hello Maxime,

Here is a post about how to change the data logging rate.

> Please note: This article only refers to Purple Classic SD sensors (PA-II-SD). PurpleAir sensors sample particulate matter every second. These samples are averaged in 2-minute intervals, which are sent in data reports to our database. Those 2-minute reports are the smallest frequency (“real-time”) averages you can see on the map. Sensors that have an SD logger and an SD card will store these 2-minute reports on the SD card as well. Occasionally, a user will have an interest in storing data o…

Hope this helps!

Hello Todd, You will also need to cut the black wire. I have posted about it here and will update this post as well. [Higher Logging Rate on the SD Card](https://community.purpleair.com/t/higher-logging-rate-on-the-sd-card/3799)
