# Registering Device without associated email

I’m in a program utilizing the PurpleAir sensors. The people in the program last year bought the sensor, but never registered them. Now, my group is trying to register them, but do not have the associated email. Is there anyway to register the PurpleAir without needing the associated email? Any information is appreciated, thank you!

Hi @eddowns17, we can add an associated email to your device. Please email us at [contact@purpleair.com](mailto:contact@purpleair.com) with the device ID, the email address you would like to use, and this summary, and we can put in a request.

Since last Friday, I requested to change an associated email for the new sensors to my project. I´m waiting without answer. We started measurement but we can see the data. My project is with children that are waiting for their school air quality index.
