## Does PurpleAir accept Purchase Orders? Yes, we do! To place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email **[billing@purpleair.com](mailto:billing@purpleair.com)** to request an invoice. Be sure to include the billing and shipping information, along with details of the items and quantities you wish to order. ### Where do we send our purchase order to? No, we require the **PDF version** of the purchase order. Please send the full PO document to [Billing+PO@purpleair.com](mailto:Billing+PO@purpleair.com). We cannot process orders based on the PO number alone. ### Purchase Order Payment Terms We offer **Net 30** payment terms for educational institutions, government agencies, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Domestic orders will be processed once we receive your purchase order; international orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. ### Can I request an invoice or quote for PurpleAir sensors? 1. Visit our [Air Quality Sensors page](https://www2.purpleair.com/collections/air-quality-sensors) and select the sensor you want to order. 2. Enter the quantity in the box. 3. Click **Add to Cart**. 4. Proceed to **Checkout**. 5. Enter your email and shipping details, then click **Continue to Shipping**. 6. Select your preferred shipping method. 7.
