# PA-II "Current status not received for XX minutes"

If PAA is the only [status indicator](https://community.purpleair.com/t/wifi-status-indicators/3455) that isn’t green, you’ll want to do one of the following:

- [Add the device to the allowed list for your router](https://community.purpleair.com/t/using-captive-portal-networks/132). This should allow all traffic through
- Alternatively, you can allow just the [hostnames and ports used by PurpleAir sensors](https://community.purpleair.com/t/q-what-hostnames-and-ports-do-purpleair-sensors-use/4277)

The exact details for either of these steps will differ depending on your router
