# My sensor shows gray on the map but doesnt show any wifi

I work for a school and it looks like our sensor has been going in and out currently it is down but was up last night. Has been doing this for some time. When plugged in I see no lights but it does show us gray on the map as if wifi isnt connected but I dont see any wifi when searching near it. Any help would be appreciated.

Might want to follow the instructions in the popup – check for the power light inside the unit and see if the special network name has appeared which means it couldn’t connect to your WiFi. If there’s no power, the plug may have no power (turned off for the summer?) or the power supply has died.
