# Inaccurate data

My FLEX sensor displaying incorrect data. Other local readings are green whilst mine is showing higher readings. I replaced the cable and moved the sensor to different outlets. I have blown/cleaned the sensor but it doesn’t change the reading.

The same sensor also shows up for the desktop website but not on the app.

Does anyone have any ideas how to correct the above issues.
