I can see that we offered some support internally about replacing your environmental BME boards. For anyone else reading this, we recommend taking a look at our [BME Troubleshooting article](https://community.purpleair.com/t/bme-troubleshooting-temperature-humidity-pressure-and-vocs/6441) when experiencing an issue with your BME board (this is the part responsible for temperature, humidity, air pressure, and VOCs on some devices).
