7 of my 14 PA RH sensors died around 8am on 2/23, the peak of the NE blizzard. They now are stuck at 100%. This makes the data from the EPA correction much higher than the rest of my PAs that have working RH.

> Watch: With two minute updates, Operating relative humidity, is the humidity under which the sensor is operating. This humidity is lower than ambient due to heat given off by the electronics in the sensor.

Will they dry out and start working, or is the sensor dead forever? Are there any suggestions to dry them out? [heating to 130F for several hours did not fix it]
All 3 parameters are not reading: T/RH/BP.

Update: I replaced the sensor board and RH is reading ok now. Can these be purchased?

Thanks, George

Hi George,

I can see that we offered some support internally about replacing your environmental BME boards. For anyone else reading this, we recommend taking a look at our [BME Troubleshooting article](https://community.purpleair.com/t/bme-troubleshooting-temperature-humidity-pressure-and-vocs/6441) when experiencing an issue with your BME board (this is the part responsible for temperature, humidity, air pressure, and VOCs on some devices). We can also offer a replacement quote - just email in at [contact@purpleair.com](mailto:contact@purpleair.com).
